  1. The library, workroom, small meeting rooms and bathrooms
    are in need of plaster repair and painting.
  2. The library needs 1 room air-conditioner.
  3. The carpet in the library is torn and stained & needs replacing
  4. $2000 Library Program including: the ability to reserve
    resources on-line; bar code system for checking in and out
    with ease; ability to print catalog; ability to print detailed
    monthly reports of usage as well as overdue resources.
